My wife & I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anansaya La Maison, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The owner's name is David, and he has created an amazing experience. From the moment we stepped into this boutique hotel, we were enveloped in warmth, luxury, and tranquility. The name “Anansaya” translates to “Blissful” in Sanskrit, and it couldn’t be more apt. Every moment spent here feels like a blissful escape. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple seeking romance, or a family exploring the wonders of Siem Reap, Anansaya La Maison caters to all. Nestled in a quiet area just 8 minutes away from Angkor Wat, Anansaya La Maison offers a serene escape from the bustling city. The lush grounds, spacious gardens, and charming Khmer art-deco inspired design create an ambiance of bliss. The property is slightly out of the city centre. Perfect for a relaxing stay, getting away from the hustle & bussle of the city. Although, easily can get a free tuk tuk which was provided by the hotel - reception organised these for us. We we never waited longer than 5 mins for a tuk tuk. It’s closer to Ankor Wat than city centre so easily accessible. The hotel took care of a private tour around Ankor Wat with an English speaking guide and tuk tuk, we were really impressed with the service. We had transport included to and from the airport. We were greeted with fresh coconuts and towels at the arrivals of Siem Reap Int. airport. The owner & reception staff were very attentive, organised our tours, massages, laundry and tuk tuks. They couldn’t have been more helpful - thank you!! The breakfast was amazing, fresh egg section, fresh fruit & juices. The restaurant staff couldn’t do more for you. We had lunch on the sun bed multiple days and they were very helpful. We had laundry, massages, pickups, mini bar all included in our stay and the staff really made the trip! A relaxing experience, lovely quaint hotel, would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to Siem reap! The owner and reception staff waved us off, which is an amazing touch and shows how lovely the staff are. Thank you for an amazing stay:)

The hotel staff were very friendly, and helped us with everything. Hotel helped us with booking of the two day Ankor Wat tour with tuktuk with fantastic driver mr. Rorth and amazing english guide mr. Kai. Mr. Rorth and Mr. Kai took us to not only temples, but also try local food and fruits. Cold towels and water provided was a bliss. Hotel room was very spacious, with balcony overlooking the pool, clean room, comfy beds, fresh fruit every day. Laundry was included into price, which was definitely a great perk to have. Hotel restaurant offered variety of choices for breakfast, including specials as well as local cuisine. Lunch/dinner menu included mix of local and western dishes, but we ate only local, and it was better tasting food than in the best restaurant in town. So we ended up going for dinner only at hotel itself. We also went to the spa multiple times, and the masseuse were very skilled and helped to relax the very tense muscles post all the walking we have done around the temples during the day. So all in all, amazing hotel and great quality/price ratio.

Anansaya La Maison is a beautiful property. We booked a package that included airport transfer The driver waited for us at the airport and the van was really luxurious. It takes about one hour to drive to town. We had a standard room which was beautiful with high ceiling and a huge open air bathroom. The package we booked also included one massage a day. I had 3 during our stay and they were perfect, very professional. Breakfast was very good too. Large choice and excellent expresso which is not so common when you travel. Staff was professional. We also booked the small tour of Angkor site through the hotel. The tuktuk driver was really nice and we had a great day. The swimming pool is a plus. It was always quiet when we were there. Lovely after a day at Angkor or just relaxing after a long flight from Europe. All in all a great stay. I do recommend Anansaya La Maison for your stays in Siem Reap.

Having concluded my stay of 3 nights, I must say that this is best hotel I have been to in Cambodia/Siem Reap (visited 3 times, stayed in 5 different hotels). It started off with a warm welcome when arriving (fresh coconut, introduction to the team), followed-up by an explanation of their services and offerings (just to name a few which where free of charge: 1 day laundry service, 1-way Tuktuk rides to the city, wine and mini bar on arrival). The room was very clean (which I put a strong emphasis on) and the pool was spacious. They were always on call and happy to help with any inquiries with a positive can do attitude.
